Money relationship Referral disclosure

How this introduction may earn money.

The current pilot

The participating registered business agreed to review the first 10 qualified Ballarat requests without a referral fee. A qualified request must be for a new owner enquiry in the service area with a council due date within 60 days.

What the homeowner pays

The participating provider sets the private inspection and reinspection prices. Ask for the current total and inclusions in writing before booking. Pool Letter Help does not collect the inspection payment. The separate A$23.20 City lodgement fee may also apply after Form 23 is issued.

After the free pilot

No later referral price or payment method has been agreed. Before request 11, Pool Letter Help must agree any commercial terms separately in writing with the participating business and update this disclosure before any charge applies. Ask for the total inspection price in writing before booking.

The A$23.20 amount

A$23.20 is the City of Ballarat's listed Form 23 lodgement fee checked on 3 August 2026. It is paid to the City and is separate from the private inspector's inspection price.

Why only one inspector appears

This pilot uses one selected registered business so the request is not auctioned or sold to several businesses. The current free arrangement is disclosed before submission. You remain free to leave the page and choose another registered practitioner.
