Service terms Ballarat
Useful help, with clear limits.
Pool Letter Help is an independent information and introduction service. It is not the City of Ballarat, BPC, an inspector or a building adviser.
Official records control
Use the date, barrier standard and property details on your council letter. Council and BPC pages remain authoritative. Fees and registration details can change after our stated check date.
The introduction
A complete request may be shared with the one selected inspector whose provider and registration details appear before submission. Sending the form does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a price, a compliant result or a Form 23 certificate.
The inspection agreement
Any inspection, report, reinspection, certificate or payment agreement is between you and the inspector. Ask for scope, total price, inclusions, timing and reinspection terms in writing before booking.
Urgent and overdue matters
The referral form accepts due dates from today to 60 days away. If the printed due date has passed, contact the City directly. This page is not an emergency or statutory-notice service.
Fair use
Submit accurate information for a genuine Ballarat pool or spa request. Automated, abusive, misleading or unrelated submissions may be blocked or deleted.
